Lyra sitting up

Lyra is now sitting up on her own. She likes this new view of the world. My baby is not such a baby anymore, where does the time go?

Lyra has been rolling around. She loves her little Jungle Gym. She rolls all around it to find the different toys on and around the gym. She is such a wiggly little baby.

Arya's Birthday Party

For Arya's third birthday we had a party at USA Youth Fitness Center. Arya had so much fun playing with all her friends. Her favorite activity was jumping in the foam pit, even Aunt Cheryl joined in the fun. Arya was so cute handing out her gift bags to her friends when it was time for us to leave. She made sure everyone had there correct bag.

Our Garden

We planted a garden a little while ago. It is growing very quickly. Arya likes to go out and see that we have little ears of corn and the cantaloupes and pumpkins have flowers. Soon we will be able to eat some of our harvest.

Butterflies

Arya got a butterfly house for Christmas. We sent off and caterpillars arrived in the mail. They grew very quickly and soon spun chrysalises (Arya called them the butterflies, "raccoons") Then after about a week they hatched into butterflies. We observed then for a few days before we let them go in our backyard. The girls liked to watch them fly off to their new homes.

Lyra is now five months old and she is starting to try to sit up on her own. She has a ways to go, but with the help of a boppy she did okay.

My Pretty Little Dancer.

Arya has been working hard and having fun in her Tiny Hot Tots dance class all year. She loves to dance. Her class danced to "Bushel and a Peck" It was the cutest thing ever! 2-3 year olds dancing, need I say more. Arya even got an award for being a super student. We are so proud of her.

Lyra 5 months old

Lyra is now 5 months old, time goes by so fast. She is such a cutie. She is getting so big. She makes so many cute sounds these days, she likes to talk just like her big sister. She even "yells" at us, usually when she wants out of her car seat. She especially likes to watch her big sister play and she laugh with Arya often.

My Little Artist

Arya loves to paint, so does Sophia. So when I got some new paint we had to brake it out right away.
